🕒 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

🔁 Exchanges (Size, Color, or Style)

We gladly accept exchanges for:

  • A different size

  • A different color (if available)

  • A different style within the same price range

Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
If an item is out of stock, you may opt for:

  • Store credit, or

  • A different available product

Exchanges are the fastest way to ensure you get the desired fit or color.

💳 Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

To protect our business and maintain strict hygiene standards, refunds are only offered for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged items upon arrival

If your item qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit preference

  • Wrong size selection

  • Items worn or washed

  • Items without tags

Instead, these orders are eligible for exchange or store credit.

📦 Condition Requirements for All Returns & Exchanges

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, scents, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

Any item that shows signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for hygiene and quality-control reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality standards, the following items are final sale:

  • Clearance items

  • Discounted items

  • Items worn to work

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Items without original tags


📮 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges or store credit.

  • Snatch Eleven covers return shipping only for defective or incorrect items.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos. We will prioritize your case immediately.
